I dont recimend this phone because it always crashes and blacks out I had it for a month and every time I go on it my phone totaly turns off and then comes on again

Hey guys, this Alcatel One Touch Fierce is a bad phone reasons why, well let me start with the frontside camera its too dark. The rear camera darkens out when recording even if there is a small amount of light now when u want to record using the flash even worse its super dark.
Phone will out of the no where freeze and you have to reset the phone a couple of times. it sucks not been able to remove the battery to do a manual reset just wished it was designed to have a removable battery.
Also one hint guys dont charge your phone from the computer for some reason it will charge but after that it either freezes or shuts down and you will have to wait till the battery depletes down and charge it using the wall outlet.

This phone sucks !! I dont recommend this phone...it looks very nice works for the first week then everything is wrong with it ...dont buy this phone!!!

About a month after buying the phone it stop charging for me I fot a new one and a month later same thing I dont understand it only will charge if I turn it off dont buy not worth it

My camera darkens , when im recording it will darken in the middle of the video or when I'm taking a front picture it will darken unless I'm in a really really light area.

This is a really nice phone for the price! I bought this phone a few months back and have had no problems with it! The phone is fast, smooth, and responsive. I'm not somebody who needed the "newest and greatest" device, this pretty much bought out that theory for me. No problems with Wi-Fi, service, or anything of the like. I also bought a holster case for it that works very well and doesn't add very much bulk to the phone. I rate it 5/5 stars, and I hope to buy from Alcatel again in the future.

Cuz nothing comes close to this alcatel. Service by metro. Bought it jan27. Im on my second phone(worse)then the first.. tech support for a week with no answer and no improvement. Rude service providers and always a problem. New phone this week

I've had this piece of crap for five months. It blacks out to where you can't even get the restart screen up, constantly switchs to 2g, switches to silent instead of ring, freezes all the time, the key board wont always load, drops calls, this phone is the biggest waste of money. Off to boost mobile and back to LG I go! I should've never switched,

Very disappointed with a lot of features but happy with the speed alcatel has the potential for being a major player in the technology phone industry but still has a lot of work to do I wish I would ha e stayed with Samsung

The phone is garbage, no focus on the camera and the phones freezes up into an unresetable loop...do not buy this crap, you can get the LG f6 for the same price and save yourself the headaches
