Stop, 31 Aug 2018This phone is like meh Honestly for me this phone is amazing like I have it since 2017 and I always dropped it and never broke I dropped it once and it broke the screen but even if the screen is broken the phone still works as new just the screen is broken it has no screen protector.

Got this Phone as a Christmas gift in 2016, Now before I post my experiences I wanna say, I was very Grateful for this phone, It just had some issues, It was not my Parents faults, They tried their best when picking it out. I was 16 at the time.
Anyways, It started out working perfectly fine, However in Feb 2017 I had to take a break from it until June (It was my Choice to take a break from it). And I went to use it again in June 2017, And Idk what happened to it during my 4 Month break, But It started to get very Laggy, Started Glitching and restarting by itself, And the Notification bar would glitch causing me not to see any notifications, messages, calls etc. In Dec 2017, Jan 2018 It started having Charging problems, And I have accidentally dropped it cracking it's screen severly, However It still worked somehow, Then It's battery broke when I was playing a game on it, Screen went Blue and faded out and the Phone died completely. I guess it's cracks really got to it. It did teach me to take better care of my stuff, Now my Phone I have now (It's an LG Stylo 5) I've had for 2 years and It is in great Condition. I never cracked a Phone screen again. So yeah, I'm glad my parents got me this Phone as a Christmas gift, But I feel bad because I believe if I never took a 4 month break, It would have lasted a bi longer. But eh It's life. What can I do? Nothing.

I've said it so many times, here. Alcatel, get out of the phone biz!! They're all terrible!! I owned one, and that's enough. Go into the fast-food business. Maybe you can beat Burger King.

When I signed up with my service provider this phone was one of the options to get. It was either free, or 40 bucks, I cant remember. But either way, It's not a bad phone for that price. With 2g of ram, and a decent little processor, the phone handles a lot of things really well. The volume and power buttons are cheap though, so I don't expect them to last forever. But the screen looks and feels good, and responds well. I've dropped it plenty of times and it gets the edges beat up but my screen hasn't cracked yet. I think the phone may cause feedback through some audio devices, but that could just be the things I am using. Overall, 7/10, would definitely use again in a pinch for the right price.

Bought this phone a year ago and can't afford a new one. Complete dud. The volume is very low, and when I plug my earbuds in sometimes the volume goes all the way down and won't go back up. Typing gives me a headache. It vibrates at random, and restarts at random as well. The phone has been laggy since day one, and the charge doesn't hold. I even had a problem changing the phone background, because it moved the image to the left. Can't wait to be able to replace it, and throw it in the trash!

I got the phone because the price was good and it seems to have everything I needed listed at the store. I had no idea what kind of phone it really was, I should have looked it up and I regret it. I am trying to have the phone for one solid year and with only 3 months left I don't think it will make it. The charge doesn't hold, it downloaded a ton of apps that are apart of this big update it did and now everything sucks. My contacts keep getting deleted, I can't put the phone in 'lock' when on a call so it eats battery like mad when I call. The lag is insane, forget getting any pictures. If it doesn't freeze and crash first. I have no space and had to remove a ton because of the updates that eat my memory. The photo's are a joke, I was told it was decent but this is beyond bad. The LED notification light on the front kills your eyes when reading at night and charging. I have tried everything to block it, usually black tape. The cases for the phone are all rubbish, I have been through too many. I get horrible service, and forget getting voicemail. It never tells me I had a call if I have no service or its shut off. My voicemails come a week later if at all. The day I get a new phone I am going to hammer the tar out of this thing so no one should ever suffer this beast of pain and agony.

Worst nightmare when it comes to phones & asked questions before bought it...got the first one in Sept of 2017 now on third one Jan 2018..every one of them automatically answered..n metro pcs kept replacing of course with same kind I'm not paying them to upgrade ...but now I have no lock screen...can't update apps...multipul functions not working...talked with a corporate store in January it's now February ...called other day again...but at time in January only we're going to replace it with same kind....emailed corporate in January and told them would have no problem complaining to the better business bureau...if they have a serious garbage phone like this one ....they need to keep the customer as one and replace it with another kind of choice of equal value....and all the accessories too free....

Wow! This phone is horrible. Had less then 2 months it randomly vibrating, restarts whenever it fill lile it multiple times a day. Crappy charge. DO NOT BUY!!

I hate this raggedy phone. Has a mind of it's own. Stops charging whenever it feels like it. I charged it for 6 hours and it went from 39% to 67%.Unbelievable.I took it back to the store and the Clerk updated the software. It started charging normally for 3 days, then barely charging at all. It changes wallpaper and my ringtone at random. It starting losing my contacts. Never saw such a creepy phone. It's only 4 months old. I'm buying an Apple tomorrow and will never buy another phone from this company again!

Worst phone I've ever owned! Will connect to Bluetooth in your car when it wants and not work the next day, same with connecting to WiFi. Idiots at metro will be more than happy to tell you this pos phone and metro won't do anything to compensate or train their people to guide you to a better choice. So yeah it's a perfect phone for a hammer or a semi truck to run over!!! I spent $90 and now will be purchasing another phone before the first month of owning this pos is over:( don't buy ever ! Couldn't pay me or give me one for free!!!

after about a year of having it, I had 3 different chargers and it took an hour to charge my phone only 2 percent. shittiest brand ever

This is the biggest piece of junk that i have ever bought, and will never buy another alcatel again, for starters the volume is the worst of any phone ever made,and thats only the start of the problems with this phone, they dont care about customers at alcatel, only passing off their bs as working phones,,do not buy the alcatel fierce 4, its a waste of money,

THE BATTERY IS THE MAIN ISSUE !! fully charged in the morning and by mid afternoon it needs to be charged again. the speaker volume is very low to.

This has been a good reliable phone for the last year for me.
Camera could be better and I'm sure my friends and family with the more expensive phones do much better. It does everything else well.

This is a pretty reliable phone and the price is excellent. I have videos on my youtube channel from recording using the camera which is HD. I use the battery saver mode a lot and it works like a charm. It is slow once in awhile, but a simple restart is all it needs and it'll work amazingly again. I do recommend for $110.
