Had it for like 20 days, never dropped it.. opens random prgrams, screen flashes. Sometimes wont charge and wont turn on,

ecellent little and good looking phone. Afordable for it´s price range , besides it has snappy perfomance and mine it´s dual sim. It will not let you down and great screen!

I wrote a post a few hours ago about how mine started doing the crazy screen thing but I guess it's still awaiting approval. I deleted all my installed apps except for clean master. I deactivated nearly everything that doesn't effect phone calls and texting using clean master and it seems to be doing it less. I suggest this until you can get ahold of costumer support or wait and see if alcatel makes an official announcement about the problem.

I've had the phone a few months now and it worked fine. Then spring came and it started to get hot out. I put this phone down in my backyard for less then an hour and it started doing this invisible fingers/crazy screen thing. The notification tray pulls itself half way down without even touching the screen and in sms the keyboard won't come up. The phone was really hot so I turned it off and put it in my fridge for a few minutes. The bottom half cooled off but near the top was still hot. I left it off for a day and it was completely cool. I turned it back on and it's still doing the thing with the notification tray.

Crazy screen has appeared after a little bit of use after three months of bought... now have to wait 20 working days for an answer from the retailer... disappointing phone.

Piece of crap phone!!!! Had it for 2 months and the touch screen hardly works, it goes into pages I don't even press!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!! So pissed off!

This is the "shittiest" and "hangest" phone i ever had. I had it for almost a month and finally "invisible fingers" appeared. So i gave it back to my retail store and now i have to wait for 40 DAYS !!!! till i will have an answer about the phone's problem.
Do NOT ever buy any of Alcatel phones! This company just don't give a f...k about their customers! And pay atention when you choose cheap phone, just ask yourself, why is it so>? Don't f..ng save money, just buy a good phone at once and that's it.

I bought this phone 3 month ago.this is an amazing phone,screen quality,camera,anything...but 1 month ago,the touch screen got crazy,I can't type even a sms easily,you get crazy,I reset factory many times,but no response.I really love this phone if this problem get solved.I think that the alcatel company should response to the customers that bought this phone & solve their problem!

btw...after the OTA firmware upgrade push I did last week, with the same routine of using this phone I noticed the batt %age would drop off a bit faster.
-Is this normal ?
-Anyone here noticed the same ?
-Is there a way I can reset my unit to its original firmware if so ?
