Rubish! Had it for a month, its going for the second time for service, screen gone again crazy. Alcatel should refund everyone back for this fraud device

Had this Phone about a month, touchscreen keeps changing to random screens by itself. won't respond when trying to text. This is the Most useless phone I have ever had won't be getting another. TOTAL RUBISH!!!!!!!

I bought this phone yesterday and noticed today while trying to record videos you can constantly hear the auto focus throughout the video recording?... Surely it shouldn't be doing that? It is clearly noticeable. Anyone else's phone do that?? I don't know whether I should get it replaced?

I have Alcatel Mini. It is extraordinary telephone, with excellent display, excellent battery that last several days, elegant. I am delighted with so beautiful phone bought almost for free.

Price for Specs is very good
BUT
the HW has problem, as i suffered from problems with touch
they changed the mobile twice
so it is not durable due to its HW problems

I had the same problem with the phone opening menus by itself and I solved it.This problem may appear after you spill liquid on the screen.Just clean well the screen with soft cloth and then dry the screen with a hair dryer for about 5 minutes.
