Can someone guide me :
I have Idol Mini 6012D, I have bought it few days ago, but unfortunately I have faced many problems :
1- Many times when I enters to music file ( mp3 ) I found it empty and there is no files, while actually there is many, and when I switch off the phone and open it again, I find the file back again. ( this happen many times ).
2- yesterday, while the mobile is on the table, I heard continuous vibration from the phone, and it didn't stopped until I opened the screen, and there is no message or notification, its not normal continuous vibration.
3- I face very slaw transfer rate during transferring mp3 files from my PC, even when the files too small ( 10 , 20 mb ), and many time cant transfer files ( mp3 ), because the time is too long the operation stopped.
4- many times the mobile adjusted to silent mood automatically.
5- today when I connected my mobile to the PC, its not appeared on the PC even after restarted, but I have connected it many times without any problems.

how i can change my ring tone from storage?
yesterday the original tone for alcatel hase deleted
and i dont now how happened this ?
and i cant mark a new ring tone till now from storage

Although it does drop out sometimes and randomly change wallpaper. This stopped when I moved everything big to tho SD card. Running great now :)

i bought one 3 days ago after my lenovo a706 was snatched. i guess the price range of alcatel when compared to lenovo brand is reasonably equal. based on my experience to alcatel one touch idol mini Alcatel OT-6012E,
i was confused about the storage designs. expandable memory available only for single sim. this model is not available here in the Philippines and i didn't know the dual sim model has limited storage capacity (around 5GB ROM).
i am not that convinced that the battery is built in. but in some point, according to the sales associate that assists me, i am confident that my unit's battery will only be replaced with genuine alcatel battery.
over all, by-experience-review, i am satisfied with the screen resolution and pixel density. it has finer shots both front and back camera compared to my lenovo a706. i am not disappointed of the internet speed performance knowing this unit only has dual core processor vs quad core processor of my previous unit. a plus for the advanced bluetooth file sharing. loud and clear sound despite of small speaker vs the treble rich speaker of my old unit. the dolby digital feature of my old unit (is for headset use only)
the screen response is fast but i am not sure if the ROM and RAM can handle thousands of undeleted messages or the performance will slow down.
i hope the nillkin frosted shield hard case will also offer cases for this unit.

i got this phone its really good , wonderful screen , amazin weight , so slim , good battery , play videos very well , in games like subway its perfect , call audio is great , surfing internet is good on 3g only , but i bought it after 2 weeks cuz music audio quality very bad only with headphone , and very slow dead internet only when edge is used plus download play store apps was impossible i dont know why , this is my opinion 4 people who gona get this phone

I wish Alcatel increases the memory a bit more. I think this one is better than Samsung's uninspired design.

For a single charge, the battery would last a little more than 2 days at normal use. Better than most smartphones i have.

it's a really good phone i love the stylish,sexy ring to it.The camera is not at all bad the pics it takes are just fine for me.I love the battery space in it so much better than my lumia.
