ciaran joyce, 17 Sep 2014I feeling the phone and it feels greatMy Alcatel One Touch Idol Mini stopped working. After switching off my phone for few hours, I switched back on and whenever I switch it on, the screen just appears till the white screen where it goes 'Alcatel One Touch' I've started.using.this in April 2014 and it's not responding now. Can anyone help me? I've searched many places, there is no definite solution for this

It's a crappy phone bought myself the upgraded version of Alcatel ot pop c7 it's much better than Idol Mini.i now keep the Idol Mini for listening to music.

The only reason i wont possess this phone is the RAM its way too low compared to other models costing 14k in kenya

1. Try to check your recently installed apps, it may have a task that keep on running that may drain your battery. It may also have a virus or whatever.
2. Are you using wifi or Mobile data? Turn off Syncing of Photos. It drains the battery if it is the first time.

Alcatel Idol mini help !?
Hello i need some help with my phone, something is drainig the battery very fast, so i am charging my phone every day it may happen to do it twice a day if i do some calls or send SMS, i dont know what to do and when i put the charger on the battey is getting full in about 1hr. and then draining so fast.

I can't understand why they put too low RAM? This RAM for Windowsphone is OK, even perfect, but for Android is not enough...

The only problem is the low ram. You have to install very limited applications to run with minimum lag

Its decent except my screen keeps randomly opening settings and apps even playing music on its own. My playlists never save and I want to break it. The phone otherwise had no issues but I have to try to exchange it because it is almost impossible to use once it starts cracking out and acting ad though it had a mind of its own. So lame

i got 6012x ,great phone,battery is awesome and everything is smooth,last week screen got wild it was opening things by himself,i had warranty so i got new touchscreen and everything works again :D

nice looking phone good battery life great wifi atenna but if u play games a lot the touch screen gets all screwed up and it starts doing things by itself WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PHONE!! piece of shit
