there is a new update in Egypt for this mobile and it has a big problem ..... the flash of the camera flashes the light a second before ( or after I'm not sure) the camera takes the photo so the photos taken at night with the flash (on) is completely DARK ....Does any one have solution for this big issue?? really VERY VERY BAD WORK ALCATEL

Forget it, how many times in history has any company changed anything to a production phone? And you expect Chinese to be the pioneers in customer services? Lol

Ledd, 05 Dec 20132k mAh so fast to drain for me..always bringing powerbank..Ya, battery drain very fast with min use...strange? Full charged in d morning, answer 2 short call. 5 SMS....by 7pm, abt 30% left...

Under Display options, I have "orientation" checked (so that the screen will adjust to the phone's orientation). But sometimes, it gets unchecked all by itself it seems, and I have to re-check it. Anyone else have this (minor) issue? Ps: Other than that, I'm amazed at how stable the software is, with no obvious issues or bugs.

the phone captures videos at night at 16.7 frames per second but in daylight at 30 frames per second ...... please ALCATEL improve this issue with an update

i tried with usb flash memory which was formatted by NTFS but the phone didn't recognize it so I formatted it by FAT32 and the phone recognized it but the same problem happened again when the recorded video reach 2 gigabytes the phone automatically stop recording ......... alcatel should make an update to solve many problems found in this phone
