te be honest with you im a die hard fan of alcatel
yet my first phone that i bought wth my own money is OT 511 (FIRST POLYPHNC PHONE IN MALAYSIA IF IM NT MISTAKEN)
THEN OT 322
AND LASTLY THE OT 7531
but rather dissampointing its hard to find alcatel phone in Malaysia..thats why now im currntly using nokia "who so called connecting people" hehehe
by the way anytime in the future would alcatel came up wth phone 3G music phone at least 3mgpxl camera..micro sd card and so on..
im hoping that alcatel would came out wth a phone tht would become revolutionary

Well first of all thank you for all the kind words!
And no i am not a bot... i am very real, Nelson can verify that. I am just an Alcatel enthousiast... if you don't like Alcatel that is a shame... it is just like with cars... Some people like VolksWagen some others like Ford. I am a Ford fan! Same is with my phones, sure i can like Nokia... but i don't, i just happen to like Alcatel ;)

Ok people... I got a very special question to you all. As you know Alcatel cares a lot about user feedback... and you have provided that plenty to them... and please keep doing that!
Now however I have something else for you, the future. I mean... what would you like to see in the future from our beloved Alcatel brand. I am asking you people to send me your suggestions for Alcatel and I will forward them directly to the Alcatel product development and design team. You can send me all sorts of suggestions. If you have great ideas for design... show me... if you have certain wishes for technical specifications please let me know... is there a feature you would like to see in the future, email it to me and maybe there will be a new model soon which will have it. You shall have to be realistic in your proposals though... asking for a 10 megapixel camera with 1080P HD recording for instance will not be considered serious and disregarded. Also... if you have a bright new idea which could be nice to add to a phone email it to me and it might end up being used one day.

You wont tell it by looking at it. But this phone, when it came out, was technologicaly way and WAY more advanced than any oofhter phone on the market. Free China

This handset really is amazing.You wouldn't realise looking at it but once you use it you get to realise all the feautures on it. Ie.Phone book,ringtones and even a calculator.

For the software, forget the main alcatel site, but go there: http://www.alcatel-mobilephones.com/
select "tools & goodies", then "softwares". Select phone model and follow download instructions.

didnt your mom ever told you if you got nothing smart to say then dont say nothing? some people talk about this phone without using it I was one of then once but when I was looking for a cheap music oriented phone with bluethooth a2dp (stereo headphones) I found it and its one of the best products I have ever bought, the mp3 player has one of the best looks aroud plus as a video player the 3gp at full screen and even best mp4 player with hi quality videos, the battery last loger than any phone aroud, also has faster and better looking menu no slowdown like almost every phone of his category even sending or getting files with bluethooth, the camera take good picks for a 640*480 and the video is the best for Qcif with a better resolution camera and a 3.5 jack and sdhc support in the same shape I wold probably never buy another phone! a bigger screen would be welcome too!
