Nice Android phone for replacement, I've bought for 15 euro one and I am satisfied. Cameras? Both of them are shit, but I don't take photos with cellular phones, prefer to use professional camera. By the way, I can use this cheap phone in many weird ways - for example, it is read to use GPS transmitter for my boat in case, if someone will steal my boat :)
Otherwise, I use this phone as cheap mp3 player and listen my audio-books. And, third thing - I can read books while waiting someone.
By the way, I never used this Alcatel Onetouch as normal phone - for calling. For this purpose I have another phone.

I got this phone many years ago for free, it isn't even worth that. Camera is garbage, doesn't even focus. Very low memory, after OS the space left is laughable, not even enough for a couple of apps. It is a complete piece of trash.

Hi. M1 Guy here. I had an Alcatel for over a month. Longest lasting Alcatel I ever had until it got to the point where I couldn't even get into my phone. Not to mention every time I used it it'll freeze up and 20 to 100 times trying to click on a link or post it doesn't respond and they pre-installed mal-ware on these phones. So this Alcatel being my last had became a victim of my favorite pass time. Now there's a huge hole in the screen.

The worst phone on the planet. In 10 years of owning several smartphones, I've never had a user experience as bad as this. Bloatware from Alcatel acts like malware/viruses: blocking your screen until you give them permissions for everything; saying "no" is not even an option. Afterwards alcatel's malware installs updates and new apps without the user's permission, and without even warning you it's doing so. Then, there is no option to uninstall these apps, and even if you use Android's base configurations to disable these apps, they will re-enable and re-install them-selves without telling you, and start this whole process from the beginning. I hope Alcatel goes bankrupt. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

Bad camera, easily overheated, and I'll never forget those wonderful 3 months where Alcatel decided to incorporate adware into their factory applications--going as far as to add a "Battery Saver" button that you literally couldn't get rid of.
And just like that, it was gone again, just making it more clear how worthless it was. Maybe Alcatel should just try making phone cases or something.
Even their whole selling point was not the phone itself (as it's lame), rather, some VR headset that you will realistically use thrice for the entire phone's lifespan and zero times for any regular person's practical use.
Their other selling point (take a look at the box, it's right there...) is the "BOOM" button. "Boost your emotions. Press the BOOM key to take your Smartphone's experience to the next level". What does it do? Make a lousy splash animation on the home screen.
Am I a joke to you?
The only semi-use is taking a photo without turning on your phone's screen. It doesn't tell you what the phone can do, the title text is occupied by "IDOL 4--VIRTUAL REALITY INCLUDED" and "LIVE 360" and not what the PHONE can do.
Let's tackle every single selling point that took a backseat to the gimmicky plastic featured in the front:
"PREMIUM DESIGN; Thin with metal finishes". What they don't say is that this is so weirdly assembled the external metal scraps that make it up can actually come flying out, or at least pop out, in one fall. Absolute garbage.
"Reversible screen and audio"? WHO CARES?! "Interactive photography, 360 mode".
Nice to note they NEVER compliment the photo quality itself. Oh well, at least I can have fun with my 3-pixels-per-megabyte accidental recreation of View from the Window at Le Gras as I do swirls with a plastic box strapped to my head for a grand total of 10 seconds before shelving the headset right back and only taking it out for the packaging a year later to write about how terrible the entire deal is!
"Powerful speakers" yeah, they're just regular phone speakers. And finally, "All your music in ONE APP".
Do I look like the kind of guy who listened to music on one device through 5 separate applications? Probably non-applicable, as you can't look at me.
But you're safe to assume no being in this planet does, so by process of elimination, I still don't.
Never buy from a brand that seriously considered at one point injecting malware in their unremovable applications, went ahead and did it.
And most importantly, never buy a phone that waves around unrelated, non-practical gimmicks in the place of actual features.

Most difficult phone I have ever used. Can't delete anything,can't send pics. really bad battery life. Very hard to navigate. I've had it less than one month and just ordered a different phone. Garbage, is being generous.

Utter shite constantly throws you out of apps. Piss poor CPU. Soooo slow WiFi and touch screen is garbage. I thought Nokia 4 was bad but this is 3rd world DO Not waste your money on this crap

It's a waste ..the biggest piece of junk I have ever got and a waste of money .. all it does is make me angry ..it's slow and the screen is horrible and lags the camera is horrible as well... I'm dissatisfied and disappointed...

is it only me or the button for power on and off of ths phone just stops working after long use
i have used it for 2 years and at first i used nails till they break, then a pen, then i removed the button and tried with scissors till today, when i just totally opened and broke this crap. from now on alcatel just doesnt exist for me. worst phone ever from inside out

I have never seen such phone. Alcatel one touch is the worst phone. It is too slow, has no memory, bad for using internet. The manufacturer of this phone should stop to produce this phone.
