Hi every none..
I'm using my Alcatel one touch scribe easy 8000d since long. It became dead due to faulty charger wire (it got short due to my own mistake). Now on charging, phone red light goes ON permanently but doesn't get ON for further action. Pls help me as I miss my phone book.

opp, 17 Aug 2016the phone hangs a lot. battery drains fast and some applica... morevery DISAPPOINTING cellphone. waste of money. always crashing and hanging up.

I bought the phone and found out is only one sim dat is working if change the sevond dim will work it can't access the two sim at once pls what's d csuse

I give it away to finish my suffering,finally I got a new 100x better phone LOL

I've been using this phone for almost a year now and still alive and running just fine.
first I must say I don't recommend this phone for people who doesn't like lag and unstable os.
this phone pissed me off alot of times already and keep throwing it and suprisingly, the phone is pretty rugged and has a great build quality. I got this from sun plan and I must say,don't get this cause it's not worth it and you'll regret soon. The great/bad things of this phone is written below.
Pros:
The camera is mediocre and great on good lighting environment.
Build quality is pretty rugged and tough specially the scratch resistant screen.
Battery is good and last long for 2 days on light usage.
Cons:
Performance is terrible in this phone, PERIOD.
The android OS is unstable due to low end specs.
PS. You should root this phone to increase performance optimization but beware, this void warranty of the device. That's all 😊

hi my friend accidentally drops my phone on the cemented floor. the touch screen didn't functioned. so i became upset and i started throwing it on and on the floor because it wasn't functioning already

hello everyone!
my friend ask me to take her pix using this fone. i accidentally drop the fone (the distance is from my lower waist to the floor) while holding it because i wasn't aware that the fone's cover is just on the front and its just magnetically attached to the fone. the screen turned white and its not functioning anymore. it was a suncell postpaid plan. they said that once you drop it,it will not function anymore since the battery is built-in. why is that? anyone, please explain. i badly needed your help. technicians in our area cant fix it.
