it`s a great phone. i played nfs most wanted and gta san andreas and gta 3 10th anniversary very smooth. the screenwas great i fell it 1m high no cracks thnks to dragon trail glass.

My x'pop just switched off and won't work anymore. I've taken it to about 5 technicians but they all failed to fix it. It was under 2 years old. Anybody know how to fix this? It also used to freeze and I'd have to reboot it to get it working again

mahesh, 22 Sep 2014i want update my mobile android version how to do thatI've already asked that to google but Only Samsung, HTC and Sony can update their OS like iOS. maybe x'pop can be updated from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2/4.2. I was not able to update mine because it says no available update.. help me too to get rid with this.

does anyone have an idea on how to root alcatel one touch sapphire 2?? i downloaded ONE TOUCH Upgrade S and Kingo ROOT but afraid to start the procedure though i read it many times but still afraid on losing my phone. :(

You pay for what you get.
Pros: Cheap, Good Battery Life, Comes with a Protective flip case & USB Charger
Cons: Slow, Poor Camera, Overheats quickly when using 3g/Wifi apps.
It just killed my SD card due to overheating yet again.
Conclusion: If your just after a simple smart phone to make make calls, text and lite app usage its an adequate phone.

I had an x'pop and it was good, nice and cheap: meets the expectations of its kind. Caution: the touchscreen is fragile mus I broke into a slight fall. Greetings

Upgrade software with One touch Upgrade by Alcatel( may during 6-8 hours) , the phone work very good. Root with Kingo Root, activate debugging mode, and the software work for you. If not work first time , run again and then working 100%. It easy.
