Hello - press the centre key and choose settings (the little cog) then 4th option down, click OK then the 1st option is languages click OK to enter and English is the first language! Hope this helps - let me know if it doesn't :)

If I go to my contacts and choose the one I want, then I am stuck in a circle without possibility to leave - and after I finally am back, the same game begins again, as the number is not combined with the message. HELP!

very reliable phone. this a good basic phone. there are no games however as oppose to what is stated in the specifications here. the only negative side is that the keypad is a little stiff and is annoying because of the sound it creates when typing.

the headset sign just keeps blinking on and off and I can't make calls this sucks I have no idea what is happening to it and i've had it for only 3 months

bought this as my back up phone, the keypad is a bit stiff to press but you can manage to compose messages, there is no sent items folder, ring volume is low, screen is good, signal reception is a bit poor. better buy nokia 101

I bought this phone yesterday. I think it is good value for money.
However I have a problem, the ringtone volume is extremely low! Even if I set it to maximum, you cannot hear it even inside the house if you don't have it right next to you. Has anyone else encountered the same problem?
