Was a great little phone. Got one as my first prepaid when i was in high school. Biggest issue was the up and down direction thing. It was pretty fragile and wore out quick.

Great phone, operation is quite simple. The only drawback these days is the battery life, most of the batteries are low or not holding at all.

Had this many years ago. One of the best phones I ever had. First time I ever checked my email on a phone. I lost mine while traveling to school, though. I hope to own one again.

This is the first phone I ever remember owning & if I remember right we won it from a silent auction at the time. It was a no frills phone but I did not need anything fancy. Ahh the nostalgia!

my first mobile phones bought new wich has served me so well for 4 years yearsi remember , the battery used to stay for 6 days .. and once 7 day Alcatel 311 was with me around 4 years...trouble free, handy, nice phone....love it...!Thank you Alcatel!

one of my first mobile phones bought new wich has served me so well in my college years! After years of "wondering around" with many brands of mobile phones I am sure I'll come back to this mark!Thank you Alcatel!
