I love this phone and used to enjoy it since february 2005 but now it is giving some problems wich makes me tired, one of the problem is that its not packing well anymore and that make the battery loose many times, i need someone to help me, i am in nigeria...u can mail me at tobes4me@yahoo.com pls i want to enjoy this phone more..

its not bad at all. i just like the set for all its functions. good work. i mean for a set of its level to perform a function of that kind is astonishing. i love it and thats what i'm using.bye

I love this phone. I still use mine. I bought it way back in December 2004. It still has the original cover on it and it looks brand new. I never want this phone to die. I use it every day. I just bought the camera attachment for it yesterday, so now i'm taking some classy photo's with it. Great colour.
Everytime i'm on my bike i put the handsfree in and listen to the radio.
it fits nice and snuggly into my front pocket of my jeans.
The Alcatel OT 526 will live FOREVER!!!!

I am Mozambican, living in Maputo. I was in Millano - Italy on July 2003, and I took an oportunity to buy a mobile phone - Alcatel One Touch 526 at "Media World Rozzano - Centro Commerciale FIORDALISO". I tested all functionalities, I also introduced a security code, and I was happy with this until the day my phone blocked and I realised that I have forget my security code. So we tried to unblock it locally and also I sent my phone to South Africa and Portugal but it was unsuccessfull as there are no proper software to unblock it.
By this way I should like to have a help from you in order to unblock my phone so that I can use it. If there is a possibility to douwload the software,or if there exist a specific code to reset the phone, please would you send it to my e-mail address - enhaca@tdm.mz
