It's part of the charger, you just remove the part thar you put into your wall socket :)

Is that really the OT-565?
According to Alcatel its a clamshell phone.

I love this phine Alcatel OT 565. The problem i am facing is with the camera. At any time I switch the press to have a snap shot it says SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE. What can I do?

This phone is the best phone I've ever come across.
It has all the features that an everyday adult would need for work, and family life.
I give this cellphone my seal of approval and hope that others will benefit from this neat little piece of technology!!

ive had this fone for 3 years and have never discovered the USB wea under the battery is it? and to answer the other persons q. u can receive videos but cant take them.

ok so ive been reading through most of the comments and some people are convinced there is a USB on/in this fone. where is it?? wats under the battery all i see is a slot for putting my memory card into.

Hi, I have this phone over an year now... it`s super. It has just about enough memory and the camera is not so bad. if someone could send me the javaloader(or something like that), so that i can upload java games to my phone through the PC Suite. By the way on windows 98 you cant sedn files from the phone to the pc. Pls if someone has the javaloader send it...

I recently bought the alcatel 565 and its a wonderful phone, i love it. I just have one problem, does anyone know how to activate the GPRS settings? or how can i access the internet from my lovely phone? please help

hiya ppl , i ahve a problem with my phote, i got the irda and the software, and i put them in my pc, i got conection , and i even could send pics from my pc to my phone but not from the phote to the pc, and i don't know why, because i have a conection and when i try to donwload from the phone to the pc the messaje that i recived was "conection interrumped"
please help

Ive just brought this fone and by the looks of it I think I will like this but can sum1 plz tell me all the features, Im just waitin on the fone to arrive, and can Sum1 plz tell me whea I can get a Infrared Cable, Whangarei, NZ.

the phone HAS USB port :P
remove the back cover and on the bottom of the phone, under the battery, on the right side u'll find a 11 pin "hole". That's where u connect your USB cable ;)
