how can I get my photos on to my computer from my 665 0t when the three U S B leads don't register and only charge my battery I down loader the alcatel suite and that did nothing for my computer or phone only take up memory

Nice looking phone,and one reason I chose it was because of the large characters on the keyboard; pity then that the printed manual has such tiny type. It's quite difficult to find out much about it as it doesn't seem to feature much on the Alcatel website, but an email to the Helpline gave me a link so I could download a slightly better manual.
I'm now trying to find out how to download pics to my PC, as connecting with an USB leads me to a dead end. I emailed the Helpline THREE days ago, but have yet to hear back. And searching for help on the Web has led me around in circles.

This is a good phone (when it works, I've had to replace mine 3 times) but the profiles cannot be edited with the SD card inserted. For the price though, it does what is needed from a modern phone

evry time i put my micro sd card in to the phone and try change the settings the screen gose blank but with out the micro chip it works how do i solve this problem
