I remember having this phone in 2010 and has to keep taking it back every week as the touch screen kept freezing then after the third week and the third replacement everything was fine loved it till it got stolen at school

insane battery life, hard to touch screen, slow text input, the camera is good for a 2mp, a love this phone, wayback 2014 i guess. strong signal reception,

Since I buy the alcatel OT-710.. I use only 1 month then the touch screen is not functional then I return to the service center..after 3days the service call me that phone was ready to pick up..after 3days again same problem again..

I am unable to download the photo's from my alcatel 710, cannot seem to connect by Bluetooth and cannot get the email to work. Has anyone else had the same problem? Can you offer a suggestion/solution to help me please?

I enjoy my semi smartphone even though navigation can become impossible sometimes, especially when you want to scroll through your pics.
However, my problem lies in the battery, which has swollen and tends to run out rapidly on every operation. I have scoured the internet and cannot find a replacement that does not cost a package. I live in South Africa and Alcatel here simply ignores my cries

I have used this mobile for over a 2 years .At first i thought its touch was very bad but later i understood that by calibrating the device it worked extremely well.

i brought this phone and used this phone touch is real bad and this is a real bad phone i saying to all never buy this phone and and so many problem with this phone and in sri lanka no service agent as well

I brought the phone in 2012 from carphone warehouse and i have had no problems. But the phone lacks auto rotation and can be very slow. The phone is pretty economical but the internal memory is tiny

iboth this phone last yr. But i used it just a 3month bec. Of the screan hanging..not responding on the touch..and not support internet..also game.. Needed to repair.. Now it's useless.. Hope alcatel improved..the product that can mach up. The big three..
