Super laggy! There comes a time when I'm using my FB app it starts to press some buttons by itself... It's hard to use scroll... Not good for games... It's hard to type cuz it's resistive touch. What I only like about this phone is it's durability. I don;t know how many times I've dropped this thing and sit on it... Well it still works it still remains the same it doesn't have any damages to it's system... I reboot the program many times because I've been downloading infected files( I know careless xD)and it still works, And there's this one time the LCD got wet and I thought it's broken because it malfunctions but I have to wait a few minutes and it works properly again. And it's internet speed is quiet impressive. My Alcatel 720D beat my mum's Lenovo P770. I was connected to her phone's hotspot so yeah... I suggest you guys buy another phone much better than this phone's touchscreen

thiz guys confidently bring us a pushscreen with no featres,cnt evn set up email,it smtms goes off wen openin txts,the worst 4n

Really disappointed by this phone... you can't do anything with it, then sometimes it just turns off while i'm creating a message.. and i'm having a hard time in pressing it's keypad.. :(

States that you can play MP4 video on it, so I can't get it to play any mp4's( and I mean any format of mp4).

you need to check your messageing settings.
that's all it can be.
if you have unlocked the phone and are using
a different network,you need to change the
message profile/settings.
usually the new network will send settings
automatically.
