It is an incredible phone. The colour of this phone in mystic red is better than it in the colour above. The features are great and it has got a camera.

Bought 757 around 2-3 months ago at price US$ 169 (no plan, I'm in Indonesia) for my love. She's a great fan of Alcatel after using 735 for 2 years+ while in staying in Singapore (very unique, Alcatel in Singapore, no one else there have that time). Why she like Alcatel? because of great usability, screen and text visible, big, and contrast, and keypad also easy to press and responsive. I think all mobile phone manufacturer should consider this rather than jam packed the features inside, but forget USABILITY. Some model from Nxxxx, Mxxxxxxx, and SxxxExxxxxx lack of usability, pity because actually they packed lots of feature inside. Back to 757 : features great, connectivity ok (Just IR, quite slow for transfer), screen big and contrast, camera just so so, organizer great. The only lack of 757 is memory only 4 MB :( and MP3 ringtone is limited only to 150 kb per file :( sometime very hard to edit (suppose we want to cut refrain of one song, and sometime it just bigger than 150 kb). For US$ 169 price point, much better option compared to SxxxExxxxxxx K5xxi (same price level).

Alcatel didn't bother putting a USB port on the 756 - USB spec is *much* faster than infrared and easier to use. Infrared to USB adapters cost extra 30 euros or more. Add that cost if appropriate to the phone price.

i had this ot 757 about 2 months.
its good like all of alcatel phones.
it have a strong batery (5-6 days)and very good 256k screen and nice small pixels.
bad the plastic panel is very poor but price is very good.remember this is telephone we using it to talking and writing, not making a profesional foto or great hollywood movie.
4mb is smal space but in ericsson t610 is only 2mb,but eri. price is higher.
im great fan of alcatel cell phones.

This phone has a good features, video caller id! Unfortunately the screen color sucks!
Not the real 256K, probably only 256 colors!

Nice picture quality, average video quality,
maximum 150KB for 1 mp3 ringtone, battery lasts for 1 whole week, strong!

a good medium rate phone with the modern features like mp3,good camera recommened for ppl who wans a decent hp alcatel improved this! they shud make OT 758? 760? with expand slots or even More! Mp3 player bla bla ;D

Are the buttons noisy when you are writing?
Is it slow..? You know.. For some phones, it takes a short while from the time you push the button to the reaction...

I think OT 757 is quite good, at Sabah it only sell for RM599. I hope that it will not raise price again, it is more quality than Nokia phone and more cheaper. But Nokia phone can be upgrade example is N-Gage its color can be upgrade from TFT 4069 to TFT 65K it is quite incredible. I realy hope that Alcatel company will made some more quality phone and with low price to defeat other phone company. Well done Alcatel at France i am your fan.

Tis phone is packed wif features n the important thing is for the price of it,it is a great phone.My boyfriend had it for almost a month.The screen is big n very nice....256k color.Secondly it has good features like camera(great),tone composer,MP3,polyphonic ringtones n lots more.The onli bad thing is the movie is not good enough ....hey it juz a phone n u see the price......u definetely cant have a Nokia or Samsung phone wif same features n price.

The only differneces between this and the 756 are that this phone can use an email client and that its camera lens is small so harder to scratch. After a month the 6 button got really hard to press. Alcatel mobile is now half Chinese TCL.
