Hi to all, I am quite familiar with this platform since I,ve been using Alcatel for quite some time. I read in the previous posts that he can't hear the ringtone, check if the fone is in silent mode, go to profile. As to vibrate and ring also in profile, 1) choose your profile 2) edit profile 3) choose ringtone 4) submenu are found by pressing righ navigation, choose vibrate + melody or whatever you like, right again 5)volume up/down navigation and so forth until you reach power off beep. It,s a matter of personal taste here. Hope this helps.

I friend bought me this model but whenever I ring anybody I cannot hear my phone ringing but the person at the other end hears and pick. Can you tell me why and direct me what to do.

I bought this mobile it has a good voice, a good camera for shots only and a good and mp3 but its battery dose not work for more than a day only with mp3.

If I can use it anyone can and I find this phone brilliant. Purchased from Car Phone Warehouse who set it up for meOnly thing is I cannot find how to set to vibrate as well as ring

My husband bought me this phone for mother's day off my kids and it's fantastic! Was suppose to be my second phone but I love it so much my nokia has taken a back seat. Easy to use, very loud and a very crisp clear screen. For the money its a bargain:-)

well, i got this phone as a gift, and definitely it's worthy of it!...very handy, so far i felt it very user-friendly, has got a lot of good features. its camera is quite good except for the professionals of course, and its look is also very moderate. i'm loving it!!!
