Yes its possible. Go to the alcatel mobilephone site, search your model and you will be able to DL a soft called One Touch Upgrade

Just got this phone. One thing I don't like is the preloaded images can't be deleted with File Manager, so if you want a picture show those preloaded images will contaminate the pictures you want to see. It would hae been good if the Image Viewer could be directed to another folder but as I see it it will only display that preloaded folder.

I would like to a... morei have the same phone and if you want to delete them you have to go to your file manager and images and delete them there and if they are stored on your memory card you have to go to file manager then memory card then images and delete them there :)

Hey ive had this phone for about 4-5 months and when i plug my phone into the computer an option pops up on my mobile saying webcam. This obviously means i can use my phone as a webcam but when i click on it nothing happens ? How do i get it to work ?

when i get mine i am going to paste some very thin acrylic sealer i think that will make the paint on the keyboards last for a very long time

I really like this phone but i really want to know how to down load images of my phone to my computer or even to put music on my phone that would be cool i just dont know how to do it and the directions in the book doesnt show us how. If anyone knows how to do that please help me. Thanks
