To lock the phone it self, you must hold spacebar at the bottom of the phone for around 2secs. To unlock it you must press spacebar once, and then click yes.

peter, 25 Jun 2010what about chat programs for alcatel ot-800you can use Parlingo for instant messaging and also in my friends you can find bebo,friendster,hi5,facebook,myspace.com and if you want to download more then go to web site getjar.com and there is a lot programs for this mobile phone! :)

Its my birthday and I got the ot 800 today its all great but my youtube doesnt work :( can someone tell me how to download it for free or something. The phone is great. Get it on O2 pay as you go and top up £10 each month to get 300 texts and unlimited internet. Its great!!

is there a way to lock this phone without turning it off? lately i have just been turning it off when i dont want people to get into my phone but i want to lock it without shutting it off as it is quite a hassle to turn off my phone when im worried about someone reading my messages, thanks

I've seen a few others ask this question; how do you change the tone and volume on the alarm. I've basically figured most thing out on this phone, but this is one feature I can't seem to find how to change. It scares the crud out of me in the morning because it is so loud and the tone is annoying. Thanks!

wondering weather or not to get this phone. Geeting it in pink if i do. Is is the same as the GRL mobile txt tribe phone or different?, cause im getting the txt tribe with girrl mobile today maybe and i was wondering if its the same as this phone or different. BTW, GRL mobile is an aussie network with vodaphone so if any of you know if its the same or not please reply. :)
