Does anyone know how to delete messages on this accursed phone? My memory is full, and it won't show me new messages until I delete old ones, but it won't bring me to a place where I can delete them. It just says my messages are unavailable.

My Youtube won't work on this..Can anyone explain how to fix it.

I personally HATE this phone... I cannot hear people very well on this phone and turning up the volume does NOT help. The tutorial book is worthless and does not help you with anything.The headphones to listen to the radio are not very good and trying to get a channel on the radio is a joke too!The camera is almost worthless. It is not very user friendly phone! Texting is easier than it was on my previous phones but only because of the quert pad. Very small keys to use! I wish I would have NEVER bought it!

Just for people to know I'm getting this phone and I heard that it has thing called opera mini where you get free internet wether your on pay as you go or contract. For more info on this phone you shoudl just type Alcatel OT -800 Reviews in youtube and you'll see in depth videos showing you the menu and how it works even though not many are in english :(
