just recently bought this OT-800 and love it to bits. just a little question, how can i download pictures I have taken on the phn to my laptop?
can anyone advice me?

Go to menu, then 'profiles', go to the profile of your choice whether general or indoor or whatever, and on the bottom left hand corner of your screen press 'options', then press 'edit' and you can then edit and modify the spec of each profile from the ringtone, vibration, volume etc...and tailor each preferred profile exactly as u want them. :-)

i just bought the fon but its frustrating that it allows only 512 characters when typing emails. Does anyone know how to change this?

abt opening its back to insert sim card it looks tough bs u have to flip it hard it won't break plus by time u will get the sense of the exact amount of power u need to flip it but i agree that opening the back of the phone is one of its big disadvant.

Hi there, this is a great phone. I paid it 10 Euros in VIP Mobile network in Serbia. So, it's a bargain, and the phone is great.
I have a question about memory card. When i inserted memory card, everything went well, but on display in the upper left corner there is a little notification, a square with "E checked" in it. I read in my manual that this symbol is stand for memory card checked or something like that. I would like to remove that from my display. Anyone know how? Thanks in advance.

I paid 12 EUR for it in Romania ( purchased in Orange ) and it sure gives a good run for it's money. Battery life is good, fast charging, especially from a PC or laptop, keyboard is fantastic, plus a very responsive software. All in all, a definite "BUY" in my opinion !

How do you get youtube/streaming to work? I've looked through all the posts here (and on other sites) but can't find anything that works.
I've done the UPD low/high thing but I still cant get it to work. Is there any other setting that should be changed?
Im on O2 and I've changed all my internet settings and so on to O2 monthly/postplay GPRS but the only thing that doesn't work is streaming videos.
If anyone can help I would be very greatful.

Erm I think you would go into the menu and the go onto settings then time and date!! not sure because nt got the phone but thats what u do on any other phone!!!!

Due to some personal issue that i need to resolve my customer assistance service was delayed and emails that have been sent to me have not been attended to. But I will soon be getting internet back up and running again on my own pc so I will get back to all the emails that have been sent to me, I promise!
