to me this is one dissapointing phone..it will not play videos, its not compatible with most basic applications, poor quality sound misic....i lost my cash purchasing this fake phone....

My alarm clock sometimes won't go off in the morning, and other times it does. I set it by going on to the main menu,tools, selecting an alarm, I then set the time, make sure it's repeated on the appropriate days and that the snooze is on default, and that it's set to ring & vibrate. Is there something other than that I'm doing wrong that causes it not to ring some days or should I take it to a store and ask? It's so annoying not knowing if I'll wake up on time the following morning.

I have a one touch 800 and I got a mini USB cable ordered and ingested. but now that he does not work in my phone. What should I do now send back or wait for response of the site????

I love my ot-800. Have it for almost two years now and it is a great phone, with some minor drawbacks (like not reading PDF).
But for YT...it plays YT videos perfectly! I don't understand why people are complaining about those, as it works just great :)

First, my English is very bad, so sorry in front.
Now, I have a problem with the low sound when I'm speaking on my Alcatel ot 806, and I've tried to understand the tutorials that you all posted, but because my english is very bad I didn't understand it at all. So my question is, can anybody send my an answer with a video tutorial with this key??? Or i don't know a picture with the steps od something... Please, it's a brand new phone and I love so much it's great but the sound.. Oh no.. :/

i just love my alcatel one touch tribe. it ws actualy handed down by my brother but it still works perfectly fine and its got whatever i need.
