When you connect the phone to the usb of a windows PC it will install the drivers it needs. Connect the phone, select "mass storage" on the phone and then wait until the PC asks you to install the drivers, make sure you are connected to the internet, select automatic install and it should install the drivers.

Yes the phone does have a recorder. Also caller ID is dependant on your service provider.

So my boss just got this phone for her birthday and we're having problems figuring out some things. We can't get the clock right because it doesn't offer a city even close to us and we were trying to figure out how to make it ring and vibrate....any help?

The delete songs issue is new to me. Please email me on un112@msn.com for a more specific description of the problem so I can check what the exact issue is.
As for a general remark, what I can think of is, have you loaded the files onto the memory card? Then it is possible that your memory card is corrupted and your card can't delete files.

BTW, where can I find an oline shop that ships Alcatel phones and accessories internationally? I used to have a link that seemed like an official site but I lost it since.

In Indonesia, OT-800 the same as Venera Voyager V1.
Sold on 1.200.000 rupiahs, or about 120 USD.
