charlie, 15 Feb 2011im having the same trouble as you are. when i opened the pc... moresimply connect your phone with usb cable that you got with phone, and when you connect it to computer, choose on the phone "COM port" option when you get it on the screen. I think it appears automatically when you connect the phone with PC thru USB and open PC suite.

nitekiw, 01 Jan 2011I am trying to download some music from my PC to my new Alc... moreim having the same trouble as you are. when i opened the pc suite it says that i have to put my phone on com port but i can't seem to find com port on the phone itself. really having a hard time connecting my phone to the pc

hey i was wanting to no if anyone would help!! i want to activate the keypad tone eg, when i press a letter you hear a tone and also when i open and close the clamshell i also want to activate a tone... i use to have these features and let my phone to a friend and it came back silent :(

alcatel ot 808 is a beautiful phone by all standards but my only problem is that i cnt access youtube, all other features are great

Firstly i must say it is cute now to the bad. The ring volume is very low i miss half of my calls cause i couldn't hear it ring. Secondly the themes are wack its pink, black and blue i thought it would of change the entire background instead it stayed black which is ugly. Palringo messenger that comes with the phone is not even working the opera mini that's installed to is in Spanish. If you hold the phone a particular way you will not hear the person on the other end clearly.Gosh i could go on and on what a waste if you ask me. i wish i never bought it tsk i think the samsung b3310 was way better by than this stupid one i bought tsk tsk tsk.

its gooood. except i find it difficult when putting things from my phone onto the computer because i know the model is 0T-808 but on the system for alcatel used for this is has different models and all sorts of names i dont know which one argh :@

Temp, 16 Jan 2011Does anyone know how to upload the videos and pictures on t... moreyeah I know what you mean, it came up once for me and I haven't been able to do it no more. its a dam shame cause I was only able to download 2 songs from my PC. The Manuel book doesn't help much either. I am still trying.

I think this phone is excellent. Easy to use and with additional features to those on some other phones of a similar price range. Querty keyboard makes texting easy. The PC suite means you can personalise the phone quickly and easily. A very feminine phone that many women will enjoy.

A screen appears that shows your computer pictures and files. Click on the picture or videa and click on fit picture to screen size then add it to the screen on top right.

Does anyone know how to upload the videos and pictures on the phone to your computer as most phone once connected to your computer comes up with a dialog box but this one doesnt i dont how to do this can someone please let me know how to thanks....
