I have two ot these phones. Love, Love Love them. I always get a good reaction from people around me when I am using my phone. My only concern is: I wish the ring volume could be louder.

I have this one since it came out to the market. But I'm having problem with the battery. Eventhough I charge it for almost 3 hours, the battery still not fully charge. Anyone who has the same problem? It's hard to find the same battery.

I have had this phone in pink since it originally came out and have loved it! I am looking for another one since after all this time my cute little phone is just now having problems. I wish Alcatel would "Redo" this phone with maybe a few tech upgrades and of course more colors. For those of us that don't want all the "Bells and Whistles" this is the perfect phone!

I've had this phone for 2 years, both myself and my daughter have used it. I have dropped it many times & it is still working perfectly! If only the phones of today were built the same, I wouldn't be needing to return to this phone as a temporary until i get a new one or my screens fixed. If you want a simple phone for telephone calls, mms & text, with a long battery life & easy to navigate, then this is the one for you! And super cheap to buy!

Cannot get a charge into it. all i get is a blank screen and every now and then it flashes saying 10% but that is all.
Does anyone have the same problem please?

How will i know if this phone is fully charged? I just got mine and i already havethrown the user manual. So i was charging this unit and the charging bar stops but when i plugged it again it began moving. What is the indicator that it is charged already? Pls help
