i just bought, user-friendly, and i think its camera very clear... beautiful handset.. and can use gprs.. no bluetooth n irda... can use cabel, but hard to find..

dear surfers,
i m currently using nokia8250 but i m goin to buy a new mobilephone. after surfing and surveyin, its down to alcatel ot835 or samsung e600c. but i dunno wat to choose between this two. if there is anybody who has an opinion on this, pls reply. or any person hav a better choice rather than this two models but is within the same budget pls post ur opinion as well. ur help is truely appreciated... thx ^-^

And you say this phone is better than Philips 855???!
You got be kiding me, tjis phone doesn´t have IRDA, and it´s not tri band, don´t support Java, only 3MG of memory pool, and no e-mail, sure is support a 262k color screen but in reality it´s not true, it almoust look like a 65k screen.Philips 855 it´s way better than this crap phone!

I just buy this phone one week ago, it is a nice clampshell phone with rich colours and camera but lack of communication method because it don't have bluetooth and even infrared and don't have java support either. The package doesn't include usb data cable, you have to find it yourself and the local dealer say it will come around one month later..so bad. Untill now I still searching for the cable for transfering ringtones and picture to my ot835..but have to wait..can't find the cable yet..someone please help me!!!

Alcatel's a cool brand, i never used it or owned 1 before but their phones comes in cool, fresh designs.
Q: Does Alcatel phones 'Last Long?' not in battery life but phone lasting...
and is it user friendly?

Alcatel has brought out the 355i, its the same design but with a VGA camera and Bluetooth
Also the alcatel 836, same design as the 835 has a improved 1.2MP camera with video, with added Bluetooth, Java 2.0 and MP3 player
