camera sound is not in silent and no ring tones using separate for sim1 and sim2 and also message ring tone only mobile ring tones. it have low internal memory space..totally it is waste for using with coast Rs 6500

How to delete all applications/games install? I'd already uninstall but in my Google play store account I've seen that it is not yet deleted. it already here at my phone. And sometimes my phone memory full because of that applications/games.

severe pain in the ear after just 1 min of talk;freqeunt cell overheat;frequent battery discharge;low internal memory - resulting in inconvinience in reeiving and sending mails when needed and sms sending is also stuck
