i have received it and it's an amazing phone. To correct the CPU specifications, it's 1,5GHz for TCL S900 only, for OT 986 it's 1,2GHz. It have android 4.0.3,OTA work quick. I have flashed CWM recovery to flash android 4.0.4 custom rom. It's a very good phone
