It support Skype video call.You can choose either front or back camera for Skype.Also you can install manually flash apk for web and Alcatel tell that this phone will get Android 4.1(Jelly Bean)

What is average battery life? Battery capacity sounds promising, but it depends on hardware quality. Best would be if someone can compare it with well known devices like Samsung. Samsung Galaxy S Duos seems to be good alternative, but battery life is is criticised by users.

What is RAM size? In most shops in our country (CZ) is writtent only 512MB but in other countries I see quite often 1GB. It is in presale here, so noone is sure. Is it just typo or dos Alcatel have two versions for different markets?

2- can I receive calls and sms If hotspot active?
B- is compass work proparly?
C- how can I check the balance of my postpaid sim 1and 2, smoothly or not?

Best android phone i ever had, i had 3 other phones before, a galaxy appolo, a galaxy ace, and lastone was a galaxy s i9000, thisone is far mor supurior, much faster, not to many modded on the rom. My phone boots up in nearly 10-15 secs (pin code included) wich is superfast
Good battery life, easy switching between sims for calling/texting, bot are realy online.
Very good GPS (i use it every day for work)
only downside for me, there i no root (yet) for this phone. this will unlock it's full potential, this way i can remove all unwanted stock apps.
Very good phone, good value for it's money, far more supurior then most phones from brands like samsung / HTC / Sony for the same price

Excellent phone. No problems found in first 2 weeks, except that GPS seems to be somewhat less accurate than my previous HTC HD Mini.

Here is written that is dual sim standby but on specification of processor in features is written :
