Hi
I've got jelly bean, but dialer lost "search with dial pad" function. Is it the same for everyone or it's only a setting that I have to find and change? Browser jumps during scrolling and viedo player blinks sometimes.
Have anybody else got the same problems?

I flashed my phone wiz the official German 4.1.1 ROM and its working fine but u lose some features like SRS and the gestures are not Woking too , i will keep testing and let u posted

happend with me you need to re install the firmware by onetouch upgrade you will go back to the original firmware ICS but at least the phone is working

Guys i sent a mail to alcatel regarding the update and here is their reply " We have plan to ugprade ONE TOUCH 997/997D to higher Android OS which has been under development.
Please upgrade your phone with one touch upgrade which can be downloaded from the following website later:http://support. alcatelonetouch.com/global-en/upgradeSoftware
You can also refer to the following FOTA FAQ to upgrade your phone: http://www.alcatelonetouch.com/global-en/support/faq/fota.html Q3How can I use FOTA to make phone upgrade?
If your phone Android OS version isn't updated after the upgrade, then it means your phone doesn't support Android OS upgrade at the moment.

So now did anyone try to update thru z PC?? Any luck am from Egypt and waiting for the update too been using this phone for almost a year now, good phone

After upgraed of my 997d to android 4.1 i can not easly change the sim card when dialing number or semding sms. Did any of you got this problem after upgrade. Beside, do you know how to change settings theme to black )from white)?
