I think the problem in the charger because when I used a charger for sony erricson the temp of phone did not increase like alcatel charger.and I recognized that alcatel charger charges too fast and if you compare it is output with any charger it is higher

Has anybody noticed a slight rattling noise at the earpiece during calls? The noise can be heard only when it's deadly quiet, however,it never happens during voip calls over Skype or Viber. .Can this be a software issue by any means?

I bought this phone ten days ago.when i connet it with charger the temperature of the phone increase too much until a message appears to remove the battery because of heat. is that normal or any one face this problem before?

The phone is very good but can be even better with the right use.
First, for camera download ProCapture and you will shot much better photos than with the stock application.
Second, root (if you want and know how) your device. I did it and I removed the onscreen buttons. Now I have a true 4.3'' screen.
Also, I have to agree that Alcatel has not given any major update but the update jelly bean will come in September (at least this is what Alcatel said to its Facebook page).

Have you noticed a slight rattling noise in the earpiece during calls? I have this irritating noise and I'm thinking to go to Alcatel to ask for a replacement. .
