I just bought it but I am having this nasty problem:My display goes black after a short inactivity period. It is not the saving energy settings since I have configured to show date and time. I hope this is not a design fault. Does anybody how to solve this?, the support website for alcatel y down completely.

I already have this phone for a month now. And I am really satisfied. But I was just confuse about WAV/MP3/MP4... does my phone supported this kinds of file???? can i have an immediate response for this, im looking forward to download it all soon.... pls give me some sites where i can download this supported files... by the way im from the philippines. Thanks in advance!!!

you can download PC SUITE again at www.my-onetouch.com (bottom of page) . this site is back to operation. cheers

to send MMS you need : activate your GPRS through your telco - change your SIM card to around 128kb version - that's it

Well guys and gals I recently ordered this phone from my local Cell C shop and well I cant wait to finally get it. Design wise It's a well designed phone with well rounded features and guys and gals Nokia polyphonic ringtones and wallpapers work on this phone! So happy downloading!
