this phone is great! i like it.. the only problem is its speakers, when i play music the sound is not loud enough and i always have a problem with the flex.. i already let it, but now the flex is broken again.. its expensive to let it be repaired.. and very hard to find a repair shop that has its parts. :-)

Hi All,
I've been using this phone since 2008 and up to now 2010. For me, the phone is really great and beside I love this phone being unique though others nt inclined using its features but getting will let you discover more good things of a phone. WWith its Package Software I was able to make it as my Modem temp as well as transfer my SIMS Contacts to my Computer and vice versa. The only it lacks is: FM Radio and Camera Flash. For me though its simple, it's simply the best!!! ^_^

russel, 07 Jun 2010it is a wonderfull mobile but i have a broblem.evry open it... moreyup the phone is beautiful but the problem with that phone is the flex. i only used it for a year. sucks.

i have a problem about WAP.
once I go to homepage, a white screen appears and what is written is "Sorry, error occured: bad request"
-what are the possible reasons for this? I'm from philippines

I bought this one 2 years ago here in Bulgaria.It came with 5 /!!!!!!!!/year warranty card which i found pretty strange for the price of like a hudred euro.Its been like a month and then i found somethin strange,i saw the promo vid of the fone and i found out that on the back it has the alcatel 'music by alcatel' logo-nothin like that was on mine!
WAS IT A FAKE?OR A SECOND HAND MAYBE?DINNO,I CHANGED IT TO V770

jorjortah, 17 May 2009hi, does the battery of this model has an expiration dat... moremy battery has a date of 2007 but now that its 2009 its still work perfectly,i think theres no problem reg the battery,maybe its the flex or program of your cp

jorjortah, 17 May 2009hi, does the battery of this model has an expiration dat... moreyou have to bring your phone to Alcatel's service center. it happened to me too. the service center fixed something inside the phone. i believe it's normal for this handset becuase when i showed it to them, they took it with just a few explanation from me and without hesitation nor further inquiry. looks like it happens all of the time.

Been using it for about 18 months, a good one for the price but when the paint on the steel peels off looks ugly. One problem is with contact search.

hey guys, i have this fone for almost a couple of years now. 2 days ago i got this icon of an "envelope with a music note on the side" wat is that mean? i check the manual and its not even there. kinda weird... not even a voice mail. please help. tnx.
