Well according to review sites, there is a radio function but to use it you need to plug the headphones in.

It is a simple, compact MP3 phone suitable for people who do not need too complicated features. I like it for my second phone to use it for my exercise. I can listen to music and making/receiving calls while jogging. It has reasonable price tag too. I would rate it 7 out of 10.

to manta freak,,well said ive got p990 n73 n80 and so on and fed up to the back teeth of lot,,going for s/e w610 but had k550 for while,,,its a refreshing chjange to get wat you want but basics covered..I am glad ive gone for non smartfone and have been scouting round the forum looking at all the other makes and its cheered me up seeing the choice on offer,,its good to see a different operating system and other fone manufacturers products instead of it just being the main contenders..Usually by now id have n95 but have left the symbian race to get a clear head

Yes, the headphones connect to the USB just like the E801, but on the headphones, there is an 3.5mm adapter so that you can use your own headphones.

think it liiks good.... anyone know if it uses the same headphone socket on the phone as the 801??? cause if it does i may just get that.... sick of all that sophisticated crap... got a SE P990 that i'm getting rid of for one of these cause i'm sick of all the issues... want something that plays music and get a reliable pda for everything else...

Yes, this phone does have an FM radio, but you have to plug the headphones in to use it.

The battery life for this phone should be better than 250hours seen as it is a music phone.... Same goes for the E805...

3rd difference between earlier version and this one is battery.
