i have the OT-S621. It is not booting again it just on when powered and displays alcatel and just hang there . Pls what can i do to this

I have owned one of these phones for last 6 weeks and found it to be OK for a first time phone but hasn't got enough gadgets for me.
Also the coverage where i live was VERY POOR,inside My home NO SIGNAL AT ALL.
I contacted Virgin support but was told coverage was 'Excellent'.
NOT !!!;'

this phone totally rocks, my wife found it for sale a s 'virgin lobster' for £25 which included £10 of airtime
she got one for her birthday and I got one because I kept borrowing hers
The phones just brilliant, its sleek, nice to use. And when you put a 2 or 4 gb memory card in it you can use it as an awesome mp3 player or convert your movies off the internet into 3gp format and play them when youre bored
great battery life, very cheap and very well crafted by alcatel
we absolutely love these phones and the people who made them
btw alcatel also give away free mobile phone tools software to connect phone to pc, all you need to buy is a mini usb cable
ROCKS were so so happy we have these, they even came with free headphones

I used this handphone. my daddy got it for his meeting.haha
its cool, the style.but whan i change the theme it became a little late.like i want to open the menu, i must waiting about 10 second lol.
but, its good. i hope, next time alcatel handphone have many games. not just two.haha

Guys i had this phobe. Very nice contains everythings of common use and its features are prety gud. Awesome looks but the defect is that it is made in china and it has no video recording.u cant make folders for storing sms in division but can save only in inbox and this phone's boot chip is complainted to be weak by users. but for music lovers its te best camera resolution is best and the best i found in it is ilts weight just 60 grams and so cute little and expensive looks of this phone.
