this phone is very very slow n force closes all the time like WTF....ive got a 8G but it has its days when it reads the sd card and others when its tells me tht there a problem wth the sd card.....Geeeeeesszzz c,mon

I have very recently bought an Alcatel One Touch Pixi Two Smartphone in Greece where I live. All instructions for this phone are in greek and I am unable to obtain a manual in English or French. The loading system on Internet is not accepted. Can you help? Otherwise the phone is useless to me and the shop where I purchased this phone are not very helpful.thank
