AnonD-537409, 15 May 2016I purchase mine in November 2015 and noticed it took about ... moreAt times, mine own would freeze as well, but it can be corrected by pressing the power button long enough until it restarts itself. Although i do realised that everytime this happens and the device already restarted, it will installed new updates for apps. So this freezing issue is not an all round bad thing, but it can be disruptive especially during normal use. I might probably think that it would freeze on apps that would need to be updated.

    I purchase mine in November 2015 and noticed it took about two minutes to boot up, during the past two weeks it will freeze or shut off by itself and say the processes has stopped working etc.and requires a restart then it took anywhere between two to five minutes to boot up. Now today it shuts down and I turn it back on and it is still on the ( Alcatel onetouch & SMART MOVE) pages.

    How can this issue be resolved

        This is a great tablet, I own one and the performance is awesome. Asphalt 8, Angry Birds Space, Plants vs. Zombies and Minecraft run smoothly on it. Mine comes with 1GB RAM and 16 GB ROM.

            It have other versions of this tablet that would come with 1GB RAM + 8GB ROM and another with 1GB RAM + 16GB ROM. I'm hoping to get the one with 1GB RAM + 8GB ROM.
