DS foun not gud .....It hs ntwrk prblm...Pic camera poor....Sound poor....Screen poor...I hate ds foun i HV wasted my money will Neva buy Alcatel again.

everything is fine with this phone except..the camera... back and front camera not too good because of there is no auto-focus for this those camera.. and the worse thing is when i'm trying to use whatsapp at the computer...the camera cant read the QR code at the whatsapp web... so its not worth for 8mp camera..

im an alcatel 4 user for 3 mons. So far the unit nad pewrformance is good. No heating problem. Battery is quite good. will stay long enough.

You have to enter a code that allows to set audio and many other things, but pay attention. Search for engineer mode pixi 4 and will find many guides to do that.

i actually want to ask which is better on your opinion folks.? Huawei Y560 or Alcatel pixi 4 '5,and huawei use snapdragon while alcatel on mediatek,,what i really concern is about the battery,heat problem and performance itself.this is budget phone,so i dont expect much from that

If you can't do this try with another browser. I use dolphin and opera and both allow to choose the folder or set a defoult folder. Anyway if you install "quick pic", an alternative gallery, you can move or copy and past from a folder to another directly from the gallery very easy. Excuse me if English is not perfect. I hope it helps you.

This phone is a piece of crap within a couple days it glitches out opens things on its own. Took it back it got replaced. Second time AGAIN same crap. Iv almost smashed it a few times
