I did not use it for some time. Now I charged it, but when starting it, it seems frozen showing only the black screen with "ALCATEL one touch Pixi 7, powered by android" on the screen.
How do I unfreeze it?

i have been using this tablet for almost 3 years now. ERR_TIMED_OUT and _ERR_CONNECTION_ERROR, keeps appearing on my phone and makes it freeze. how can this be corrected?

Bought this for my wife's birthday best thing I have bought her in 50yrs > She is 71 and managed to enjoy it for keeping in touch with the family on social media. It was very handy for using to plan and book travel arrangements on a road trip and she spends hours enjoying the games and apps. I have just upgraded her to 16gb micro sd for Christmas so she can enjoy more apps. She is good competition for the grand kids now and learning the language so she knows what they are talking about.. Highly recommended it.

Sim recognised showing Vodafone U.K. but can't get off the lock screen every swipe takes me to emergency calls only screen??

It's only launch and other iam a teen i like playing games but i can't play with happiness its always return me to home screen and 2). There is no software update for years and years but nothing. Please make a software update a fix everything 3). Whenever i want to download games some games tell your device isnt compatible with the version. Please fix me. What ever you do. do not buy this tab you will be screwed.. Thanks

The most thing i hate about this tab its returning me to homescreen and i lost my money buying 64gb memory and you cannot store apps, files to the sd card why!!!!! Man why!!!!!! F**** once again. Let me tell you something you shit company for your safety shut down the company and close it. I always like tabs more than any other phones is good like to watch movies, playing games is good i hate i pad everything is for sale. I don't know why did i bought this tab I don't know i bought a shit f***************** bye!!!!!!!!!!
