I bought it in summer of 2017. Before, I had samsung galaxy s3 neo, so I mainly compare my alcatel with s3 neo. All in all, I like pop4s very much - it's stable, good phone, but 1) it has some flaws 2) you have to know how to treat it.
The main flaws are that camera quality is way lower than what samsung had - pop4s is very weak in low light environment, the colors of photos and videos are quite crappy, so don't use this phone if you are into photography.
It has built in some cool sound system, i think, its jbl speakers. So it has quite loud sound, you don't need additional speakers. But - even at the lowest possible sound it may be too loud.
Also, it can become quite a battery consuming in time - to cure that, you have to save all your data and reset to factory settings.
What i really like about this phone is design, big screen, durable battery and it's power - all for 130 euro.

The audio quality when using Bluetooth is really terrible, tinny and lacking bass frequencies.
If you listen to music using Bluetooth avoid this phone.

did you find a solution to root the device or uninsta... moreI uninstalled most the pre-installed apps and updated the Joy Launcher and phone has slightly improved in performance... also try using nova launcher its light and snappy
unfortunately there is no info for rooting this device.

I have this device it has been a year.
It is a very laggy phone, with many pre-installed apps from alcatel, which makes the device always with more than 1.3 gb used Ram , and those apps cannot be uninstalled without firstly root the device whose i could not yet find a way to do it.
The fingerprint is very responsive...
And the battery has been so far very good

the phone is very laggy after a week or two. notifications ALWAYS popping up for the built in apps(i had to disable most apps).do not buy unless for a temporary phone
