This tablet has really rubbish viewing angles so much so that when turned it on for the first time, it made my eyes go funny. Like looking a 3DS screen for the first time.

I believe voice calls can be done via speakerphone or with a bluetooth headset. There is no earpiece so it cannot be used as a super large phone e.g. Asus Fonepad. http://www.alcatelonetouch.com/global-en/products/tablets/pop-7s.html
