internet is ok. light games are very laggy. cannot play heavy games. one touch inspire 2 is better than this phone i traded it out for this, now i really regret....

KEDAAZ, 16 Feb 2014went to service gave it a hardware reset and some diagnosti... moreafter many visits to service the phone continued with the same problem. (noise issue). Fortunately Alcatel Greece made an exception and offered me DOA. i was really anxious when i opened the new one. But everything now is ok. Probably the first device was default. I would like to thank Alcatel that gave me a new device, and until now works perfect.

i buy this phone a month go then i change the sim i find like paper in the back and its alredy like folded so i pick the paper at the back of my phone then suddenly i loose my signal and now its hard for me to have signal ... i do to the store where i bought this phone and they say that paper help the phone to find signal.. what the best thing to do? is it still include in the warranty or the service center can fix it?

i have alcatel pop c5 but my question is when the messages came the LED light wasn't blink..is it necessary to blink? pls reply..tnx that is only my concern.

Personally i like the design better on Alcatel, its way nicer and looks modern. ZTE interface and android is looking really cheap and it fells like 2.2 andoid or something. But ZTE has 1 gb ram while Alcatel has 512mb. My only need for phone is not to lag, to play some of games like subway surfer and some newer like that. So if Alcatel C5 can play those pls let me know and tell me your personal opinion...but please fast cause i have only 2 days to decide. :)
