Bought the phone from Russia. Switched language to English, as my Russian is not fluent enough. Some parts of the interface still remained in Russian. Also, the interface freezes kind of often; I may be opening an application, and nothing happens, I have no return to the home screen, wait for that to load, and start again. Wifi shows it's on and connected, but regularly stops working. Apps don't update properly even when there's nothing wrong with settings or connection. Overall, everything seems slightly clumsy and handicapped.
One may feel tempted to say this has to do with the fact the phone was bought from Russia, but it's still the same phone, so I don't see why that would be the issue. Maybe I just lack patience idk, but I would NOT recommend this phone, it's extremely frustrating and clumsy to use, and does not deliver its promises.

ray sizzle, 16 Dec 2014you guys am asking for ur honest opinion i want to get this... moreIt is a good phone for an average user. Battery can last a day but needs recharge after. Get the 4037a model. This has 1gb of ram and 3g bands are 850,1900,2100.the other models have 512 mb ram. The camera is not autofocus but takes good pics. There is something called power save on my own that came installed that shows signal strength stronger only when in a call. When not in a call only two bars show. Calling is good. Wifi and 3g works well. Wifi direct and hotspot also.subway surfers and temple run give no problem on this model. Screen is good. Front camera works with skype. Actual user.

I transferred my contacts to my new Pop D3 from my samsung. it turns out that some of my contacts can't be recognized when either receiving a message or a call. Does anybody know why? I tried using different messaging apps already just to see if it's the app that has a problem. some of my contacts still can't be recognized.

My unit doesn't heat up. Perhaps you should have your unit checked up.

I just got this phone from a local Telco. I must say, it seems to be a good basic Kitkat phone. It does come with quite a bit of bloatware, most of which you can uninstall. battery life seems to be right around 1 day. you're probably going to need an extra battery or power bank if you plan to use it quite heavily. OneTouch Launcher isn't the most beautiful launcher so I replaced it with the Google Now launcher. Also, the camera app that come with it sucks.
