i Bought this phone about 1 month a go, now its sometimes hang, and i find it hard where to change my message tone although i change my setting in general, my message is always in silent mode.Please help me to fix this.thanks

Sary, 11 Feb 2015I purchased this phone from Smart Postpaid for exactly one ... morewe had same problem, but prior to that my phone keeps crashing, tried hard reset but didn't work. must've been virus that wiped programming.. had to program it again.. worked perfectly now, just be careful of files u download..

It's a nice phone. No seriously.
But, the only thing I want the developers to improve is the front camera (HD) and another is, to add the font settings feature so that I can change my fonts from whatever font styles I download from Google Play Store.
Other than that,I am completely satisfied with this model.

MMITEST always appear in my screen. how can I delete that thing? also the camera sucks. is the camera really don't have focus? whenever I capture a document, the picture is blurred.

What bothers me however is the phone's performance after a certain period of time. Most of them complained about the phone's battery shutting down for hours that they need to bring it to service center. Is itgoingto be same issue for alcatel d5?
