I'm having problem with my E and H .if I switched it to 3g mood,network gets off.I need help to fix it.

    this can be replaced automatically if you were changing the SIM card

      Whenever I send a text a message pops up saying " No network connection: mobile data of the sum card is disabled. This message will be sent when mobile data is enabled." the texts still send but just wondering how to stop this message coming up every time I send a text.

        When I pull down the notification bar there's: video indicator, other indicator, email indicator and fax indicator. But when I press then nothing happens and they won't go away. Help please!!

              nitesh, 07 Jan 2016How can I move my all songs phone storage to SD cardit's a little complicate but first open icon file manager
              it appear' sd card' and ' phone storage' go to phone storage
              press menu button and select file or folder-- you can select more just touch--
              and the lower of screen it open a small menu and click on the icon with a double cubes, {- from left to right second- ] now get out with menu arrow back
              and there are again a phone storage and an SD card
              select SD card and moving the selected by calling the bottom of the menu click on the little icon that shows the letter (cube) its {- from left to right second- ] and then you're done

                    release memory by delete unused apps or
                    disable they come with program
                    and sam apps can remove to SD card
                    restart your phone 1 time at week
                    you can also clear data for google app,
                    and ,google play services to restart them
                    and fix some problems,
                    chek your sound settings
                    in - settings - sound - volume

                      hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
                      until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
                      and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
                      this will erase all personal data from internal storage.

                      But if you did ROOT the phone then
                      phone is infected with a virus and trojan malware,
                      this virus that sticks to your phones internals .
                      Most anti -virus software will not even work,
                      but Cheetah Mobile has created a specialized tool to kill Ghost Push.

                      I have not tried it but you do not have a choice ,
                      so try it, or go to an authorized service center and ask for you to install new software .

                            Congratulations, you've made a brick from your phone , do as root on your phone and you are the next victim , because Chinese hackers on this benefit in 2015 has 900,000 infected phone .

                              I root my pop D5 using latest King root. and it was successful and I'm waiting to have a CWM to flash a new ROM but the problem is when I reboot the phone it stuck in Boot animation. try to remove the battery and re insert several times but still working. hard reset once again. tsk tsk tsk.
