Alleged photos and video of iPad mini 4 housing leak
Live photos and video footage of an alleged Apple iPad mini 4 housing made the rounds online. The yet to be revealed slate is expected to be a significant improvement over the iPad mini 3 it is bound to replace.
The leak comes courtesy of Nowhereelse and is said to be from a reliable source of past tips. It reveals that the upcoming tablet will feature similar design language as the iPad Air 2.
The metal housing clearly belongs to a variant of the tablet with cellular network connectivity. A SIM card slot is also visible in the video footage.
Apple will likely unveil the iPad mini 4 at some point in the fall this year. We’ll keep an eye out for more leaks of the device going forward.

Thank god samsung is rumoured to more to large cores and maybe less cores with the rumoured mongoose architecture but power consumption might be a problem with it clocked at 2.2.

Yes it does. But the new Surface 3 (not Pro) is a more direct tablet competitor (an iPad killer) and it runs on the new brand new X7 Cherry Trail Atom processor. It should be slightly weaker then an i3... but not by that much. On the other hand its...
