Android 6.0-based CyanogenMod 13 nightly now available for Nexus 10

Himanshu, 11 January, 2016

The list of Nexus devices that won't be officially receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update was revealed back in September last year. Included in the list was the Nexus 10 tablet from Samsung, which was launched back in November 2012.

If you're one of those Nexus 10 users who'd like to experience the latest Android version on your device, here is some good news: alternative Android OS developer Cyanogen has released the Marshmallow-based CyanogenMod 13 nightly for the tablet.

The build weighs in at over 250MB. However, before you grab and start flashing it, keep in mind that nightly builds aren't usually stable - you may encounter bugs. Plus, installing them can not only result in a bricked device, but also void your handset's warranty.
